We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our services.

By subscribing to AIWhatsChat, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. Free Trial Policy

AIWhatsChat offers:

• A 7-day free trial for regular users with limited access to features.
• A 15-day free trial for the first 100 customers who pre-register.

During the trial period, users can explore our platform and decide whether to continue with a paid subscription. No charges are applied during the trial, and you may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid billing.

Note: Refunds are not applicable for trial users since no payments are charged during the free trial period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

1. Service Non-Activation

   • If you have made a payment but AIWhatsChat services were not activated within 48 hours due to technical issues on our end.
   • If AIWhatsChat fails to provide access to the purchased service despite multiple support requests.

2. Technical Issues

   • If AIWhatsChat experiences continuous, unresolved technical issues that prevent you from using the core functionalities, and our support team is unable to resolve them within 7 business days from your complaint.

3. Duplicate Payments

   • If you were charged twice for the same subscription due to a system error, we will refund the duplicate charge after verification.

4. Incorrect Billing

   • If you were charged an incorrect amount due to a billing mistake, we will issue a refund for the overcharged amount.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

• Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel your subscription after the trial or payment but the service is functioning as described.
• Partial Usage: If you have used AIWhatsChat services for a portion of your billing cycle but later decide to cancel.
• Failure to Cancel Before Renewal: If you forget to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle, we will not issue a refund.
• Unsuitability for Specific Use Cases: If the service does not meet your personal business needs but is functioning as described.
• Account Suspension or Termination: If your account is suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms & Conditions, no refunds will be issued.

4. Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund, follow these steps:

1. Contact Support

   • Include details of your purchase, reason for the refund, and any relevant supporting documentation (e.g., payment receipts, screenshots of issues).

2. Verification & Review

   • Our team will review your request and verify the claim. This process may take up to 7 business days.

3. Approval or Rejection Notification

   • If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
   • If your request is denied, we will provide a reason for the rejection.

5. Subscription Cancellations

To avoid future charges, you may cancel your AIWhatsChat subscription anytime through:

• Your AIWhatsChat account settings.
• Contacting our support team at aiwhatschat@gmail.com before the next billing cycle.

Once a subscription is canceled, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided for unused time.

6. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider without first contacting AIWhatsChat, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend your account until the issue is resolved.
• Permanently ban your account if chargebacks are found to be fraudulent.
• Take legal action if necessary to recover funds lost due to false claims.

7. Modifications to the Refund Policy

AIWhatsChat reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
